Round bottom cache pot (no drain hole) sits perfectly on carved driftwood.
Inspiration for this piece comes from the rounded rocks at the beach polished by the ocean waves. Elements of the outdoors in a home brings a sense of calmness and zen. The glaze and clay body chosen captures the look perfectly, grey with speckles and a satin feel.
Stoneware is wheel thrown and high fired. High fired stoneware makes the vessel denser, stronger and sturdier.
Driftwood was personally sourced and hand crafted for the vessel to sit perfectly in.
